The Photo Seasons name, logo, website design, and all original content created by the Platform are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

3. Licence Grant

By uploading content, you grant Photo Seasons a limited licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your work solely for the purposes of operating the Platform, including competition display, winner galleries, and promotional materials.

4. Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the Platform without authorisation, please contact us with: a description of the copyrighted work; the location of the alleged infringement; and your contact information.

5. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe on others' copyrights may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.

6. Fair Use

The Platform supports fair use principles. Commentary, criticism, and educational use of works may be permitted under applicable copyright law.
