By accessing and using Photo Seasons ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content Submissions

By submitting photographs or other content to the Platform, you grant Photo Seasons a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your submissions in connection with the Platform's services, competitions, and marketing.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit, and that your submissions do not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights.

4. Competitions

Competition rules, eligibility requirements, and judging criteria are specified for each competition. By entering a competition, you agree to abide by its specific rules in addition to these Terms.

Judging decisions are final and not subject to appeal unless otherwise stated in the competition rules.

5. Marketplace

Photographers may list digital photographs for sale through the Platform's marketplace. The Platform charges a commission on each sale as specified in the seller agreement. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to sell their work.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not: upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights; attempt to manipulate competitions or voting; use automated tools to access the Platform; or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's services.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Photo Seasons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
